Good meeting tonight! Thanks to all who attended.

Here are some notes:

Acoustic Show

We are planning a small acoustic show that will be primarily used as a promotional tool, leading up to our big event. Tim, please keep us updated with regards to B.Good! It would be best if this happened during the first or second week of April (approx. 2 weeks before main event). We need to choose about 5 acts for this show, and one of them will play at the larger event.

Main Event

Target date for this to happen is towards the end of April, preferably around the 23rd - 26. We agreed that we would have 5 total acts- headliner, support, and 3 others. We'd like a headliner that draws so that they can play the Actoustic show, but we also are not looking to pay and do want to stay within the present Berklee community. We discussed involving the following acts:

Bake Sale

I am looking into securing the mezzanine, and possibly another location for March 27. I will keep you updated on this.

Next Week 3/3

As you know, next week Marty will be attending the meeting. He is cancelling his class so that he can meet with us, so let's make it worth his while. Everyone needs to do their part!

Miscellaneous

- It would be great if we had a few sponsors for this. Everyone please look into local businesses and get their contact info so that we can begin that process. If they decide to give gift certificates, etc. they can always be used as door prizes and an extra incentive for people to come.

- We need to choose a solid headlining act.

- Let's start thinking about the best ways to market this
